For me that question is a choice between OEM, few problems and under warranty vs. highly modified, likely reliability issues and NO WARRANTY.

Black Series.

If resale is of any concern, black series.
I dunno why, but, if it were me, just being able to say, I own a C63 AMG Black Series has a better ring to it than a modified C63 AMG.
