Also, do the rotors need to be taken off to install the lugs or can you just pop them right in with the wheels off?

Both DIYers and shops shall truly appreciate the convenience and trouble saver of this conversion.
Conversion is very easy, just torque those high strength bolts down and you are done - Replace OE's wheel studs and save a lot of trouble and time when you need to remove your wheels for tire or brake jobs (especially for track guys).
Wheel nuts are available in cone or ball seats.
RB wheel studs are made of alloy steel, heat treated, and certified to SAE 10.9 class. They feature an 8mm hex head for easy installation and replacement.
Wheel nuts are made of alloy steel, with chrome plating for an attractive and lasting finish.
Thread Spec: M14x1.5
Length: 80mm (3.15")
Proof Load: 830 MPa (120,000 psi)
Tensile Strength: 1,040 MPa (151,000 psi)
Installation: Torque studs to 40-50 ft-lbs.
