Installation

I'm about to buy these off the site, but before I do, I just wanted to confirm the threads as M14x1.5 and not the M12 for the C63? When you click the link, it gives you 2 options.

Also, do the rotors need to be taken off to install the lugs or can you just pop them right in with the wheels off?

IMO you want to take the rotors off to wire brush and antiseize the hub surface while you're in there and chase out the hub threads to ensure that the new studs seat properly (esp if applying loctite). I realize that's a pain, but studs are pretty important and it's only one or two bolts to swing the caliper up and out of the way to remove the rotor IIRC. I tend to take the deliberately long and tedious route for maintenance, repairs and DIY, but I'd rather be slow and redundant than take shortcuts and miss something. Let's me inspect, check and clean or lube things along the way too. If you do your brakes at the same time it makes more sense. You're likely fine to do it with the rotors on, as I'm guessing that's what most do.

M14x1.5 is correct

Wheel nuts are available in cone or ball seats.

RB wheel studs are made of alloy steel, heat treated, and certified to SAE 10.9 class. They feature an 8mm hex head for easy installation and replacement.

Wheel nuts are made of alloy steel, with chrome plating for an attractive and lasting finish.

Hello, I have been trying to find a stud conversion kit for a 2016 E350 AMG Sport sedan I'm in the process of purchasing but so far have had no luck. I just came across this thread, but the links provided here don't appear to work anymore. Are these kits still available? Or does anyone know of a good alternative? Thanks!

I did actually end up finally running across that company yesterday. What length would you recommend? 2016 E350 AMG Sport, might get a small set of wheel spacers (5mm) just to give it a slightly more offset look vs. factory (they look great stock though) and am likely planning on getting a 2nd set of wheels in the future, so want the stud kit I get to be able to accommodate "reasonable" spacers/wheels but not have the heads stick out too much. I was thinking a set of 68mm? Thanks!

I would reach out to them directly. Ideally you want the shortest stud available that would accommodate the largest spacer you would use. Anything longer would stick out too much and look very tacky.
