if anyone purchased this billet oil filter cap from Weistec, double check your threads. I just got mine in the mail and the last thread on the cap is completely chewed up and has flakes of metal coming off. You don't want this going into your oil!
Unbelievable for what Weistec charges for this part -- AIR, about $250 ?
$180! and I only bought it because I just needed something to justify spending $30 to ship an o-ring for my Weistec transmission pan! I called and asked if it really made sense that it costs $30 to ship a $30 o-ring, and they said that's just how much it costs to ship.
I can use my commercial account to send an o-ring for less than $5.62 WITH insurance, so I don't even know how they are coming up with that number.
