Uneven tire wear

Yes I've seen that a few times. No you don't need an alignment. That's expect with negative camber, which performance cars have. You can decrease the amount of negative camber (toward neutral) to get better tire wear, but it may effect handling.

The only way you're going to get less camber is with either the bushing kit or the new arms in the rear, it's not adjustable on these cars from the factory. I have the same problem.
How many miles are on those tires?

Only downside to running a more zero'd out camber is slightly less turning capability but it would be unnoticeable if you're not one who pushes their car as hard as possible.

2013 C63 AMG Development Package Coupe
Thanks everyone. I have only had the car for 7 weeks. Bought it used. It's a 2013 couple with development package. I think they are the original tires, so about 30k miles. The wheels are stock, but I'm not sure at this point if it was lowered. Have to check it out.

Well if they have 30,000 miles on them then thats pretty normal. I had to replace mine after 7500 without the bushing kit. Although my car was probably lower than yours and the rubber is a lot softer. Either way 30,000 isnt bad.

at 30K miles, that's probably the 3rd set, no lie. Don't plan on getting more thatn 7-10K out of a set of rears without the bushing kit and alignment. Even if you drive gentle, plan a tire budget.

I recommend you get your alignment checked. Your rear toe looks to be off to me. That type of wear is from excessive toe-in more than negative camber. Negative camber will cause the tire to wear across the tread to the inside but will not generally tear up the inner edge of the tire. Also check your tire pressure.
