About to purchase a '08 C300, how do I know if the headbolts have been replaced?
I'm about to purchase an '08 C300 with 81k and I was doing some research and the head bolts appeared to be the main issue everyone was talking about. Does anyone know of a way I can see if they have been replaced or is getting a VMI report from the dealer the only way I'll know?
If there are any other issues I should look for, please let me know. The car appears to be in very good condition, it was a leased form 2008-2011 and 67k miles were put on it during that period and then the 2nd owner has put 14k on it since then.
I appreciate your help.

OP, to answer your question. Yidney and Ins1gnia are right, you shouldnt worry about the headbolt issue with the C300. just look for the usual flaws and flubbernub posted the link to the W204 section. goodluck and hope to read from you around here mate!
