09 c63 Bluetooth phone music
Hi I'm new to the forums and a first time c63 owner my question is can I play music from my phone through the Bluetooth in car I have the phone linked to car but can't figure out how to or if I can play music ,thanks for your help

Buy this if you can find it. I have it and works seamlessly for any music on my iPhone once paired. Cheap and effective

I have used carpro on my 11 C63 with no issues. Streams music, Pandora, IHeartRadio and also youtube with my Iphone 6s. Works perfectly with steering wheel controls.

Pandora will play audio but the track lists show the music track list from the phone and controls try to use the phones music list
Haven't tried podcasts or other apps yet

Works fine for anything in my itunes music oh my iphone displays it onscreen etc but when you move to podcast or streaming the screen still shows the info from itunes music which is actually still playing on the phone but it will give you the audio from the podcast or streaming.
i could probably live with that but what is making me return it is the terrible blutooth connection. I can barely stream because it keeps getting choppy. So back to just using an old ipod shoved in the glove box.

I used a tune2air in my 08 c300 and it worked decently. some features like text dictation and siri did not work properly but both music and handsfree calling worked which was good enough

i may try that one, but many people on here had issues on 2010 models with tune2air for some reason its a problem on some years and not others.
