Bypass DVD player
Is there a way to bypass in the system to play DVD while the car is in motion? I know in other entertainment head units it was a wire you would have to disconnect.

$250 bux on some website get u a file u put on dvd and unlocks vim

Um, no.....there is actually a control unit that must be installed in-line with the system, no disc will unlock the video in motion function.

Try MidCity Engineering or similar companies for info

Not true. There is actually a company that can send a file to upload to unlock, although it only applies to later MY's. There's a thread on it.

I stand completely corrected.....they HAVE released the new 4.0 software that covers all w204s thru 02/11....the original software only worked for 03/11 and up w204s.....good catch Max and glad you corrected me on that
