Anyone else waiting for their transmission build from Weistec?

Keep the updates coming. Not looking good for Weistec in many places. It would be nice for them to just come forward with a thread they start explaining the issues, take accountability for their actions (or in this case lack there of), and tell us how they are going to move forward in a better direction.
The members here having issues aren't just your everyday who-ha complainers which is why this should really be taken seriously.

Hmm, has anyone actually had the guys at Weistec actually answer the phone? I've placed at least 25 calls there in the past few months and patiently waited on hold but inevitably one is passed on to v-mail...no one has answered or returned a call yet.

I recently had my transmission built there. Sent it beginning of november along with Merc63's. Mine was completed at the end of november. I told them to hang onto it until Merc's was ready so I could get them picked up together to save a bit on shipping. A few months rolls by, Merc's transmission is still not complete. I could not wait any longer, so I got mine sent back about 2 weeks ago. I also purchased there upgraded pan, paid back in november. I didn't receive it with the transmission. Called them to notify and was told it was a mixup in the shipping dept. Clearly mine was sold to somebody else. So now I am still waiting to get the pan,

So I stopped by the "new Weistec" today. I first spoke to Alex and then to Zach. Zach proposed that Weistec build me a new BP trans v.2 which was fine with me, and I'm very happy to put any drama behind me. It'll be ready in 2-3 weeks. I'm totally fine with the courtesy with which they treated me today with and how they handled the issue in general. We are well on the way to "all's well that ends well"...now I'm just focused on getting it installed before a planned road trip up the coast.
