Does the VIN check out as a 507? Because the ad itself says nothing about it being a 507. It has the dash plaque, wheels, alcantara and other accents, but is missing the 'go fast' stripe. A little odd.

I would not call it a great deal - does look like a 507 but needs the VIN run - has no options by the looks of it - no nav or any of the other electronics it looks like, probably no LSD.
Book is 51,300 retail, so they are asking full retail actual over full retail or best offer, so no deal here and it isn't CPO and it does look like it needs about 2k in brakes, so I would say it is several thousand over priced.

Tough to see in the sun/reflection, but the stripe is there. Sure don't see many 4-door 507s.

Screen on the Dash says no nav in one of the pictures, no backup cameras, no parktronic sensors, so probably no drivers assist either.
Guessing it is a base C63 with what appears to be one option, 507 package, so new price would have been $72500. If it was CPO with the brakes done, it would be worth what they are asking, but I think it is worth 47k as is tops.

I thought you could buy a 507 without the go fast stripe? Didn't someone on the forums buy one without, and when he was quoted the price for the stripes it came out to 2-3k? Or am I mistaking that with something else?

2. A marketing ploy to charge people who are last minute buyers an arm an a leg to feel special for some alcantara, wheels, black plastic. (think about it: how pathetic is it that they didn't even include LSD, Carbon Fiber, Xenon lights on all of them!, just Ca)
3. Same car as a p31
4. It won't be some BLACK SERIES collector car!!

I can't believe the dream world comparison to a C63 Black Series. 507 owners are on their own ego high. On their knees before bed at night saying "Thank you God for getting me a BS for the price of a regular C63!!! Can't believe I scored!!!"

Oh come on guys this is getting a old lol. Most of us 507 owners do not think we have a BS, seriously? We think we have a 507, as in the end-of-production naturally aspirated model -- really why I bought it -- with a starting 507 hp at 6800 rpm and 450 lb-foot torque, before aftermarket tune, the vented BS hood, which rocks, the optional matte finish, the stripes, the red calipers, the designo alcantara multi-colored interior (that alone in my book is a big aesthetic difference, forged 19" wheels with the matte black option, black-finished headlights, grille, mirror caps, and OEM bootlid spoiler, red accents in the gauge cluster, etc. I think but am not sure (and really don't care) that it also came with new connecting rods and a lighter crank shaft.
Bottom line, it's a great car, it's not lipstick on a pig or whatever, it's its own thing with lots of features you'd have to pay a bunch for to add later. And all of these are great cars. Can't we all just get along? Lol

Seriously. I'm no hater by any means. Any C63 is a awesome car with great build and performance to boot! Love the c63, 507, C63 p31, etc...But when will 507 owners just realize:
