Paint problem?

Paint problem?
I need some advice on what could be a life changing decision.
I've suspected for some time now that my car has been in an accident. The usual signs. Orange peel, some dust in paint, etc. The paint started to look like a 2 tone red and recently although when I look at the car its always same color and maybe its my eye?
I always look out thru my window and or side of my house by the side gate. I can usually see the car because of the angle of the sun during late afternoon. If it really has been in a accident why wasnt the carfax or dealer been reported to? I once walked by the car and saw a minor dent on the door and though when did that get there? I usually never drive to grocery shopping. Then I though maybe it has been bondo-ed
Anyway, I have never approached the subject with the dealer yet. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night I saw something so I decided to do some checking. I decided I was going to sit by the bush on the other side of house and just watch the car. As I was just sitting watching my car I see my girlfriend come home and she was with some guy. I saw them kiss and they could not see me because my location on the other side of the house is usually not somewhere I go. So now I am torn weather to confront her about it or just let it go? I would ask for your advice. Maybe I'll just try and ignore it?

I have to say, I did not see the story going that way. Was it passionate kiss, like "we are dating/seeing" each other? Is your gf foreign and was it a kiss like a greeting (doubtful but just covering all basis).
Ultimately, I would confront her. If she denies, you could even say it's not the only time you have seen them together. Then based off of where that goes, you could bring up the car and see if something will be said about the ding/him/how it happened...might be related. Wherever your comfort level is at.
That does suck though but if you try and forget about it, every little thing she does will make you question it, you don't need that type of sh*t clunking around in your head. A relationship is about trust and a person has to show action/give a reason for you to trust them, it's not something you automatically get. Best of luck though, keep us updated!

Does the dent in your car match the contour of your gf's ***?
If thats the case, maybe the paint DOES match and its just been sanded down by friction.
