It should not be any different than getting a bank to finance a car bought in the US. You just give them the VIN # - they don't need to know where the car was purchased. They all come from the same factory
Also, the warranty is completely valid. Do not believe any dealer that tells you otherwise. The simple story is that you moved from Canada to the US, and brought the car with you. This happens ALL the time. If you want to be sure, call MB USA (not a dealer), and tell them you are moving from Canada to the USA and is the warranty valid. They will say it is.

Very good point.. sometimes the less info you give the better.

Diver,
As others have stated, frame appears likely compromised/bent. Restoring to stock with all OEM parts would be a good way to go.
Difficult to see from first photo, but right wheel arch Aux Oil Cooler also appears damaged (possibly). If so, def recommend the 440 Cooling Upgrade:

The frame is good but thanks for the concern, I had a body shop who is doing all the body work look at it. it still needs to go to a shop to have it put on a hoist and measured but the guy has been in business for a long time and said that there should be no concerns, I had driver take my flatbed to the dealer where the car came from and he informed me they fired it up and drove it on, I on the other hand have never started it as there is no rad or oil cooler and think the guy who drove it on is an idiot as all essential items are damaged and were leaking coolant once it arrived at my place I have a kit ordered and the stage two mods, the oil cooler is bent and I will look into the cooling package. Thanks for the advice. someone said they hope I got the car for cheap.. I paid quite a bitt of money for it but feel as thou I have a nice track car. I also would not have someone cut into the original body or apply paint, or remove mint body parts to an immaculate c63 so this way it won't hurt as much as its only going to get better. I saved or at least hope to of saved some money on the purchase but you guys are right the US dollar beats us up pretty good. The body parts are all coming directly from Germany and claim to be of top quality and can keep you guys informed if interested Its suppose to arrive here by boat first week of feburary as well as the header and exhaust and the carbon parts by air as well as the ecu shortly after. I appreciate your guys input and am not looking for dumb comments. Its a sweet car and if I wanted a new one I would of bought new especially with finance rates on new cars but decided to go this route. Once this car is together and rolling next winter I hope to do the same as I did to the m3 and have a supercharger installed .I love the track and tacking the wife out on weekends I wanted a comfortable car that has power and all the options of modern cars as well as something that I can go to the track with the boys and smoke some tires and kick some domestic car ***.I also wanted something different something unique and I think this car is going to be all that. Thanks for the guys with the advice and hope this answered all comments /questions made.

There was a question made about importing US Mercedes into Canada. You need to pay taxes on the value of the car, you need to hire a broker that was $250 you need to pay an RIV inspection fee of $75 and then you need to pay Mercedes a BS fee for a recal clearance letter that I think was $450 bucks saying it was admisable into Canada and then the final kick is you need to pay a $2500 luxury vehicle tax ( gas guzzler tax ) apparently if I bought a G63 that would of been $4500
Its an easy thing to do and I've done it several times just beware of the fees and have all your paperwork in order before crossing

Thought I’d share
Thought I’d share as I have not been on here for some time. The c63 507 is awesome. It sounds amazing with the full bi mogul exhaust. The car is elegant and super comfy to cruise in and at the track this thing wakes up and kicks a**. It’s not an m3 but the only time I miss that ride is in corners at the track. The 63 is totally usable power. With the tune it has even more punch and now that I’ve driven it for a year ( well parked winter till April ) the car seems that much better. It turns heads/looks sharp/and my 3 year old loves it when we cruise with the roof open
Awesome driver great track toy. Thanks for all those who made suggestions
Before tint and wax
Fall last year. All done
At shop before tint and tune
All ser
Carbon hood before changing out the hood scoops

Thanks. All parts and tune came directly from Germany. The place I used was RamSpeed they do only high end cars. They have done many 63s good quality , great guys to deal with. Shipping takes a while but great overall

Is that a rep BS body kit? Looks leaps and bounds better than when you got it! Great work.
Edit: BLKROKT beat me to it.
Specs on the wheels?

the 507 looked like a refined Buisness car stock. Looked like you were going to work in comfort
Now it scares people when you fire it up and when you look at the back side it screams Buisness. It’s super fat /wide and it does not scream office anymore. All Buisness
wheels are 19x9.5 with Michelin ps4s 255-35x19
and 19x11 running 295-30-19
rims are custom one offs
