There has been a reported 5-10 hp gain from V5 to V6, refinements to throttle maps, timing maps, and fueling maps, you can delete cold start, change where your rev limiter is, leaner AFR's, run ethanol.. etc. (:

If you already have the V5 and would like to upgrade to V6, it's $125. the high rev and high idle when engine is cold they can shut that off with v6 if you want. People with headers would take advantage of this the most.
