Yeah I did say all that, what's your point? There was no need to re-run it. I thought there was and after the owner showed me dozens and dozens of the same pulls from different cars with the same power output it was good enough for me. It's so funny you are quoting me, but they got like 50 calls asking for the same tune. Please call them and get it but until then

Our engines have been around since 2006 and have been tuned to hell and back.there is no magical 35whp sitting there that no one else figured out.

I'm happy this all finally played out and we learned the car isn't making 500whp. Like I said, I was cautiously optimistic and was hoping for the best, but here we are with just another number thrown out there.
OP - Not rooting against you here, but what is up with saying over and over you'll dyno again, get data, etc and then you don't? Every sane thinking personal thinks to themselves when they see "Oh, I didn't need to dyno it again" and thinks to themselves "Already dyno'd again, came up ~30whp short." Or took it to the track and that trap didn't really pan out the way it should've.
I'm sorry buddy... You just have a regular plain old c63 that makes just as much power if not less than plenty of other identical setups out there. Which, if you step back for a minute, you'll see really isn't all that bad.

Far from over. my buddy put down more than me at real st and is gathering all the right sheets and info to shut these haters up. He spent like three hours at the dyno himself. Not to mention I'm not getting much push back cause they know my unicorn tune is real

Seriously how freaking hard is it to post up the raw dynojets files so we can run them in the software to see all that magical conditions of the runs?
You dynoed the car in crisp high pressure Canadian air and used a correction factor like you dynoed the car in 107 d Miami muggy air.

Bad dyno operators, Dyno is off. As I stated before, he could very well be seeing these "numbers" due to the dyno not being calibrated and or incorrect correction values. It's not hard to manipulate a dyno to show what a customer wants to see.

If these guys want to wave around their dyno sheets that say whatever, then have at it. Real world results are all that matter to many of us, but clearly these guys just want their cars to make cool soundz with lots of pops and barks, wave around a high whp number for all their friends to say "oooooh" and "ahhhhhh", and don't use their cars as actually intended.
If EC really got 50 people lined up for this, then we should see it in the 1/4 mile numbers sooner rather than later. Strangely there have been no improvements recently. Funny how that works. I'll keep watching that space.
If EC wants to actually explain how their magical unicorn tune works, that would be interesting for everyone. Funny how there have been zero details on this whatsoever from a vendor who has been more than open in the past on innovations and helpful to many of us. Jerry spent a lot of time on my "Race" tune to get it just right, and I was super appreciative of that. If this new secretiveness and highly-suspect claims are indicative of some sort of culture change at EC, then I'm not a fan of that at all.
Anyway, different strokes for different folks I guess. Not wasting another second caring about any of this lame static from the boisterous fanboi "all bark and no bite" base that these cars seem to be attracting these days. Peace out have fun with your meaningless little dyno sheets kiddies.

I have the same beta file as the OP and DYNO'd on the exact same dyno as he did. Numbers were identical to the V6 tune. No gains what so ever.
Yes EC are testing a new tune, but from my experience it made nothing more then the last EC Canned tune.

There you go. Kriston has been chasing 500whp NA longer than anyone here, and knows what he's talking about.
He's got 2x the bolt-ons as the OP, and didn't break 500whp or improve on the V6. Same tune, same dyno. That right there tells you all you need to know.
