Just another rotor ring thread

I need to order additional rings for our C300 racecar. We run slotted only discs mounted on the factory C63 Brembo hats against Pagid race pads and this setup has worked tremendously well. Is anyone interested in a set of slotted replacement rings? These rings will only be compatible with OE hats as I have not verified compatibility with any other vendors products.

Keep in mind the following:
  • If you only run your car on the street and have zero issues with the factory discs this is likely not a good solution for you as factory discs are relatively inexpensive if you order Brembo's and they hold up quite well.
  • If you track your car and don't wish to disassemble two piece rotors RacingBrake has a better solution

We run these discs because the factory one piece and two piece rotors simply don't hold up in endurance racing. Our current solution has held up to almost 30 hours of racing with zero issues and we save at minimum 5lbs per corner in unsprung weight. For those who are interested feel free to PM me or respond here. Interest will obviously determine pricing, the more sets I order the cheaper it becomes to throw brakes on the race car.

First picture shows how the discs held up after 30 hours, other two pictures show the weight difference between the factory one piece and our setup.

Which Pagid compound are you using? Where did you acquire the pads? I haven't found Pagid to be as easy to acquire as other brands.

Can't be more upfront than that - honesty and integrity. Yes, I have purchased from them in the past.

I believe we are running RS19's in the front and RS29's in the rear. Pad shapes are 8081 front, 8031 rear. One of our good customers happens to be the motorsports manager at Pagid Racing and helped us source the compounds we needed.

I'm interested about this disk, I have issues with one piece disks on track as they crack easily.
Where are you located? I need to consider the shipping price to China.
Can you also have the hats?
Will the disk ring come with new screw set?
Can you offer the full package: new disks + pagid pads?

I do not have pricing for the pads, full disclosure Pagid Racing is actually a separate entity from Hella Pagid and I am not set up as a Pagid Racing reseller the way I am through Hella Pagid. I am working to change that as we speak.

We are located in the USA (Connecticut). Currently we are looking to offer only the rings, in the future I intend to offer the rings as well as racing pads in our product catalog.

Absolutely an option. It all boils down to your preference and I am open to any suggestions on preference.
