What car are you guys getting next?
I'm thinking it's time to move on. I've had the car for just
about year now and have put over 20k miles on it. It's a great car but I just want something newer. No complaints or issues from me.
Im looking at the f10 m5 or the m6. Anyone made the jump to those and what are your thoughts?
I don't think there's any other car that sparks my interest curious to see what you c63 guys think

lol definitely don't get a F10 M5, been there done that. They still have rod bearing issues that the previous M models suffered from. It's starting to get more prevalent with miles/age. Plus you'll find the exhaust lackluster at best even with downpipes.

Not much offers such a complete package without adding a significant amount of money on top.
Couple I've been toying the idea with are
Audi R8 V10
Porsche 997 turbo
Bentley supersports
360s and gallardos obviously older ones :-( if I was to upgrade
Or buy a second car for more track stuff but then what's the point of having 2 cars I barely use mine as it is lol
1st world problems
1. Nissan GTR
2. W205 S+
3. 2015 507
4. S Coupe
I initially would have added the Jag F-TYPE to this list but after a recent test drive I was really not impressed. I don't get a new car every year but I figure that in 2-3 years my current C63 will be close to 100k miles and it will be time to move on and by that time the cars on my list will be very affordable

I have not driven the M5 yet but I know with a tune and downpipe you are around 700 rwhp and 700 tq. No car is problem free and that is certainly the case with these high performance vehicles so I just keep that in mind.
My plan is to drive this one for a couple of years then upgrade to a newer c63.
Other than my "plan" I'd consider a E63 (just rode in a 2018 e63s on Tuesday, DAYAM!), or maybe a Tesla S.

I really like the Tesla.... but could not come to terms with no motor noise... Our ML63 sounds like such a beast even with just modest throttle.... it's addicting

But those Tesla's are so quick....

The problem with Tesla and any electric car for that matter is range and ability to find a charging station. Then if you are able to find a place to charge the amount of time it takes to "fill up". It makes long trips impossible.
Has 53k miles all recent services done, transmission, TC, new tranny/engine mounts. Magnite on designo porcelain, lane assist, multimedia, keyless go, lighting, 19's, New tires on the oem multispoke 19s, new rotors, pads, alignment. Full CF mods all around diffuser, lip, extensions, mirrors, h&r coils with 507 style wheels.
I was thinking $35k-$37k?

Without P31 or LSD 35k sounds about right.. if you want to get a good idea of the market look at auto trader and ebay buy it now prices.. Ebay tends to be a tad bit lower but there are a ton of cars on the market for comparison. Unfortunately your aftermarket mods don't add much value if any in the open market.
I've looked at both of these cars and would strongly consider a Hellcat Challenger if I could get over the build quality issue. I looked at an IS F before purchasing my C63 and since that time the new Lexus grill has really grown on me. I would give the LC500 a run for its money..
The market is strange for these cars and it seems the coupe holds much less value than the sedan.
I think all the recent work, full service records and minor mods are a plus to anyone looking over a car at a random lot or auction.

I agree that a full service history helps to retain (adds) value but your mods are a personal touch and when ever you customize a car you never recoup the cost. I am not against it at all, in fact I have carbon fiber diffuser to pick up today from the post office.
The auction price is actually only 31k base mmr.
