Replaced Camshafts and Lifters but Ticking Noise Came Back Later
I took my car to the dealer last year around July, same setup (Catless Headers + ROW boxes and aFe filters) at around 51k miles. Was told its most likely Camshaft/lifters issue. I have 3rd party warranty and they went ahead with the claim and got the job done. Right now the car has 57k miles and the sound is back (a few months back but every time I take it to the dealer, they say the car sounds normal). Any suggestions? I took the video while going around the engine bay to trying to locate where the sound is coming from mostly.
I also have a puff of blue smoke at startup and sometimes when driving down from the mountain and the car is on a lower gear (say 2nd instead of 3rd or 3rd instead of 4th) and slightly higher rpm than usual. This could be valve seals? Whats the difference between failing guides or seals? How can you tell which one is failing (and if you have to tear the engine apart, how can you tell then the part is failing of those 2?)
Thanks for your input in advance

are you sure its a lifter/engine related. does the noise change with rpm? i've had people not put the purge valve back in properly that has a steady ticking noise as well that comes and goes. Its also located on the driver's side area. The only other thing I can ask is what oil you're using. if its not 0w40 its more likely to bleed down and take a while to pump back up. If it persists mb has a 1yr warranty on all parts which actually just changed to 2yrs starting january first this year.

Noise follows rpm but once I go 3000 or 3500+ rpm it can't be heard because the exhaust's sound is covering it. The purge valve is plugged in its place. I'll double check it today.
I checked the oil the dealer used (They're running the 621 miles test for oil consumption) and its 5w40.
I called MB Corporate and I'm out of that 1-year warranty because my work was done July 16, 2016. Even though they agreed to take a look at it, the service manager told them I have headers so there is no coverage.

I have an update if anyone is having a similar issue in the future.
Took my car back to the dealer, the ticking sound wasn't present at that time (I live 7 mins away from the dealer). The ticking sound happens after driving for a little bit and idling for a couple mins, then you can start hearing it. The shop foreman said they can't diagnose it or see anything wrong with it so he asked to drive it around and come back so that exact ticking noise from the video can be heard.
Drove around the hill for 10 mins and came back again, the foreman heard the voice and now he agrees its not normal.
Using the stethoscope, they found the noise coming from the lower cam adjuster on the driver's side. They'll start a claim/work order with the warranty company to get this moving.

MB quoted the warranty: Bank 2 camshaft adjusters.
I wanna address the smoking issue at start up, I'm suspecting one of: valve seals/guides and piston rings? How accessible the valve seals and guides when replacing the cam adjusters? If the warranty won't cover them, I will do they access the area.
