I already got the "check engine oil at next refill" twice, and both times I was short about 1L of oil. Seems my car consumes a litre of oil close to every month? I put a lot of hard KM on it though, got the car at 69k and its close to 78k in about 3 months. Lots of spirited driving, highway pulls, and high revs. Par for the course, right?

Had my C63 for just over 3 years, only put 40 000km on it.
I drove that car relatively hard in those 3 years. Every single time I got behind the wheel, it saw the redline at least once, even for a drive to buy bread and milk.
Oil was only ever changed yearly when it went in for a service.
Car even went 2 months passed the yearly service interval, never needed to top up oil not once.
Not a drop short, ever!
So the fact that you need to top up monthly I would say is not normal.

Not the coil but the evaporator down along the bottom of the rad behind the bumper that dumps the heat taken out of the cabin in the AC.
Think about the A coil in central heat systems for AC being the coil in the cabin and the box outside wth the fan and coils in it called the condensor/compressor unit. This is the outside component, Part was $1000 CDN and labour about $950. I paid $200 deductible,
