Side Bolster/Lumbar Adjustments Suddenly Stopped Working...
2013 C63 Sedan. The three buttons for lumbar adjustment and side bolster adjustment are not working. I recall they worked a month ago...
Anybody ever have this issue? Doesn't work for both driver and passenger side seats.

Probably a fuse somewhere. Check the fuses in the trunk. Does the seat still move back and forth and adjust position?

In some cases people reported that the wire in the seat can be damaged between the seat bottom and the back. It may be shorting out or could be broken. Unlikely that both seats would go at once but it is possible one has been damaged for a while but never adjusted to know the problem existed. I would check the fuses first and if they are fine or just continue to blow I would suspect the wire in the seat is damaged.

Ya it is a common issues over the years, mostly it is a blown fuse but the fuse is blown by a pinched wire (or if the fuse is good the wire didn't short but has become damaged. There is a good thread on it somewhere, I think that person took the seat out but. Will see if I can find it.

I noticed this also on our 2012... Both sides inoperable. Checking fuses shortly...
Gonna check with the dealer and see if there's any way this could be covered after the factory warranty has expired, as it seems to be a common issue with the entire model line (2008 - 2015).
Other than that, everything seems Kosher (so far, knock on wood) with our recent purchase.

Its a known issue with the seats mine does it as well. ( Fuse 56 in the trunk is what your looking for ) Sometimes i can go a month without it going out and sometimes it pops right away. Just depends on how ur seat is positioned. I do wanna fix this myself at some point

I had a loose/disconnected air hose (what is used to pump the air into the sides and lumbar). You might wanna check it out also. I don't know where it exactly is located under the seat, because I had mine checked by the dealer.

I started to look in the WIS:
Here's all that 56 can have, for cars 2009 and up:
Trailer socket X58
Driver seat lumbar support and side bolster adjustment switch group S109/4
Front passenger seat lumbar support and side bolster switch group S109/5
Front passenger seat AMG valve block Y109/3
Driver's seat AMG valve block Y109/2
I wonder what these AMG valve blocks are ....
