I placed an order with genuinemercedesparts.comand they charged my PayPal immediately, stating "Shipped" on the status. Four days later they hadn't provided a tracking # because they actually hadn't shipped it at all, so paying an exorbitant charge to have it FedEx'd was adding injury to injury. Who is reliable and competitive that any of you can recommend now that Tracy has exited this business?

I've been using rockauto with some success lately. Not my typical source for MB parts. But they're fast and service has been great.

Just placed an order for a new fuel pump with Vic at Husker (https://www.mbdirectparts.com/). He crossed-checked with my VIN and found that I needed the pump found in the facelift cars.

Excellent service so far!

Every Mercedes Dealer's parts department has different pricing. I've ordered from 5 different dealers over the past 4 years. The ones who offer online sales have their own website for parts and pricing searches that look exactly the same. I generally search all available online mercedes dealers for the best pricing. Not one will always have the best pricing as they price different parts differently.

Exactly.

Reason I ask is if you go to EPC and look at say a lower mesh grille, EPC says $100. You look up the price on a dealer website they have a price of say $150. A 50% markup. I don’t know if EPC lists at cost price, recommended etc.

i recall a forum member saying he had an account with one of those websites and he said he got wholesale price. I’d love to have something like that as I buy a ton of oem stuff when I can
