Handling is amazing... I test drove the cayman GT4 which I found painfully stiff with similar handling.
The Evora 400 seems to manage both compliance and handling well. It痴 ~3100 lbs, low (48 in high) and a mid engine 400 super charged hp. The exhaust note is heaven, different from the low growl of the AMGs, more like an F1 sound. I like having both
Still has hydraulic steering so feedback is great.

Even driving the speed limit is fun.
Beautiful and no doubt rare/special, but I'm a bit partial and would argue the GT4 is a slightly superior track weapon. Plus, the wail of that N/A flat six at ~8k rpm is a total eargasm.

Agree but I would not track it... it痴 still for sale in NJ if interested.
there is an issue with them that the strut is breaking through the body in the front... horribly expensive repair... every pot hole and railroad track made me think of it and I couldn稚 relax once it was in my head.

Yeah, forgot about the strut issue, and if it isn't a track queen, I could see it being a deterrent (although I heard there may be some aftermarket solutions to mitigate for it now). Still a tough decision...
I love Lotus but was never sold on the Elise (reminded me too much of an MR2), but the Evora is huge step back in the right direction. My neighbor has a modded '99 Esprit S4 Sport and I absolutely cream every time he tears down my street.
