What is the logic of function of the active cooling in the OEM BS? Is there a temp sensor and wiring harness maybe to the rear SAM?
To where the rear SAM can be coded with the Black series logic in it?
I can't speak to diff pump alternatives but my experience is that passive cooling (finned diff cover and rectifier) along with os giken diff that has cooling passages built in, and os gikens recommended super duty gear oil was up to the task of the SCCA Time Trials National event at Sebring in 90+° temps, several sessions per day for 3 days straight. So unless you are just going for some overkill spec or planning to run endurance events then active cooling probably isn't necessary.
hi it’s actually because the pump has corroded. I assume we have to replace whole unit or can we manufacture the part that corroded as it’s pure aluminium . Picture attached

If you can't get an OEM replacement and are simply looking for a functional equivalent, a Tilton oil/diff cooler pump in place of the OEM one should work just fine. It is held in place by two worm gear clamps. You may need to get an adapter for one or both of the fittings depending on size, but that should be about it.
