What are your wheel and tire specs now? And are you running rear fender liners or did you remove to fit more tire back there?
Also, did you order those tires with white letters, paint them, or use a sticker kit?
ADV.1 ADV15 Track Function Wheels 19x10/19x11 265/30ZR19 295/30ZR19. I ordered the raised lettering kit off eBay I believe I chose the 1.5" height option. They glue on with the supplied glue. Last well and easy to clean with the supplied letter cleaner.
Edit: Stock fender liners just trimmed the part that turned down. I would say this is a hard tire to fit even at max height on KW V3 coils. Would still rub on hard bumps.

You just finished a big multi-year build and are selling? Why?
From what my friends have diagnosed it was the years that it took to get the car done that killed my passion for the car. I am happy to have finished the car and accomplished my goals with it to see it to the end. Plus I'm more of an amenities kinda guy now with phone remote start and cooled seats. I got spoiled with driving new cars while waiting for this to be finished. I also miss being in sports car. I am more of a JDM kinda guy.
