REDOING THE EXHAUST THIS WEEK AT ARH FULL 3INCH REAR.
CAR IS GINTANI TUNED ON FULL E85
LOGGING WITH DASHDAQ SHORT TERM FUEL TRIM IN CHECK.
NO FLEX FUEL OR INJECTORS NEEDED HERE.

What do you mean no flex fuel is needed here? You stated you are running E85, just without a kit? I didn't know you can do that.

Thats about 7.6 seconds from 100-200kmh ... that is really fasts for a NA C63. About 1 second faster then stock.

True, but you need a good source if you're running without a sensor. Unfortunately most of the pump E85 in the US varies wildly in ethanol content. The flex fuel sensor accommodates fueling as needed, although only a tune can take advantage of more aggressive timing.

Full e85 can be run without a flex fuel kit but now the car isn’t flex. That’s the whole point behind them. Car now is married to e85. And yes now you have to monitor ethanol content to accommodate timing. More of a headache imo. Duty bias on the stock injectors are probably pinned at 95% at WOT. When the Bosch ecu sees that it would actually pull timing since it thinks it’s running out of fuel and you’d lose power. With every action there’s a reaction on these cars. 1+1 never equals 2.

I've had best results on oe 104 map with 5 gallons ms109/ms100 and half gallon c85. Car runs insanely well.

Good luck with the people running 630cc injectors and a flex fuel kit without tuning.

There is no freaking way the car will run well on that setup.it will use so much fuel. My trims were minus 40 on both banks with only a mix of 40% ethanol.

630 cc injectors on n/a are even too large while tuned

Vrp sells the wrong injectors. What do you expect when he doesn’t test ****.

They Deff not pinned at 95% i log my car and it’s keeping up with e85 no issue,it’s not running out of fuel or pulling timing as you can see car is performing hitting 37 degrees of timing at redline

37 degrees of timing lol hopefully that’s a typo. The setup your running is on the ragged edge of n/a and what stock components can put out. Never said the car isn’t performing.

the 997 turbo injectors that many use when i'm on 91 octane at MAX i've seen -30 and that was at idle me holding the brake pedal. upon driving that moved to the 20's as usual.

Credit where it's due....that's very fast indeed. You probably can get that time down even further by starting the run in 2nd and revving to 7500 or 7800 if you're feeling brave. That way, you get into third with more intertia and the time from 60 - ~70 will be faster than in third....mind you, I'm not accounting for the gear shift time, so who knows. Either way, that's running hella stout. More impressive that you're on stock wheels and not 16s....well done man.






Also.....37 degree's!?

Still on stock Tb,hopefully i can work out a deal with vrp for tb and crank pulley to squeeze out as much as i can from my setup
got a track rental coming up on the 24th let’s see what it does.

Congrats - great #'s....... Shardul's underdrive kit and billet pulley's worked really well in my car - worth doing it all while you're in there....

I sure wish VRP would post some support backup info for their TB's....... I'd like the 85mm setup and think given I'm running E85 all the time that it would be a decent gain but...... have yet to see an actual set installed by a member much less dyno or documents...
