Wheel Fitment W204 507 vs. Standard (Winter Setup)
Did a bunch of searching on this topic but found some misinformation here and there and was hoping someone could confirm an understanding for me.
I recently picked up a W204 507 Sedan, and living in the northeast will be using it for light winter duty as needed. In researching a winter wheel and tire setup, it appears as if the 507 editions came with different rotors and painted calipers, but that the sizing is the same vs. a non-507 (stock) car. Therefore, in theory, an 18" setup that fits a standard c63 should clear and work for my stock 507 edition, right? Tire rack is giving me a bit of a runaround saying the 507 package has 'bigger brakes' but it doesn't seem like that's true. I presume the same question/answer applies to P30/P31 vs standard as well.
Pics for clicks, thank you in advance for any assistance!

being from Maine originally I'd want something like Nokia's or Hakka's on this to drive it in the winter if there's a remote chance of snow or ice.... for rims - 18's will clear fine and you might be able to do a "square" set with a rear spacer/ longer lugs to allow for full rotation...
why not snag a 4runner or used A3 as a winter rat and keep the 507 pristine ?

I'd get something like my 80 for the winter.... or the 4runner equivalent...
