Molybdenum is great stuff. There's even some in my daily multivitamin supplement. But same way it sticks to metal parts preventing cold-startup wear it also sticks to little metal particles floating around in your oil which makes them sink to the bottom of the pan and clogs up your oil filter faster. That's why you don't see it in extended service interval oils. Personally I only add it when I'm down about half a quart instead of using it every oil change. The straight stuff is Liqui Moly part # 2009 or LM2009 at NAPA.

Oh, im Sorry ... my goal is to share experience
Everyone is welcome to thier own decisions of course... I ruined an engine in my youth due to lack of proper maintenance, so for 25+ years i have paid attention. My decision is to use the oils I have listed.
My contribution here is simply pointing out my results across many automobiles and several AMG's.
To open up an engine and see clear oilly surfaces throughout..to never see glitter, ...to scope cylinders between plug changes and see pristine walls is something I decided to share... the results are from using the oils I mentioned.
as is always...your mileage may vary
hope my goal doesn't offend, and beg you not to text angry because these happen to work for me
QUOTE=Audi Junkie;8965957]No, it is not approved nor will it be since it's extra additives create extra deposits, which are strictly limited by Mercedes.

What are your goals running this oil? Have you done any lab work to ascertain problematic wear rates, or...?[/QUOTE]
