For any of you that have ARH headers installed on your car, during install was there a tilt adjustment that could be made (tilt up or down)? Or did the headers remain in one position. I'm asking because my driver side 200 cell is vibrating against the car due to the header exit being higher (closer to the underbody) than the passenger side.

Any insight appreciated!

I don't have aftermarket headers on mine, but wouldn't the vertical position of the exit from the headers be determined by how it was oriented before torquing down the nuts on the cylinder heads? You would want to level both sides appropriately, then tighten the nuts down to lock their position.

Ya they bolt to the engine so the flange on the head will be snug with no movement or ability to change how they sit. Unless the bend or angle that the collector was put on wrong that is just how they sit. Could try some of the ece motor mounts that lower the engine a little. Would give you some more clearance

I had fit issues with mine because my motor mounts were on their way out. Once I replaced the motor mounts, everything fit right. Maybe see if one of your mounts is going bad.

Thanks for all the replies, I had the motor mounts changed at the time of install so I it looks like a potential fab defect. It's a small amount of clearance needed that would have been cured by ece motor mounts but unfortunately they no longer produce motor mounts for our car.

Getting the cat pipes and xpipe to not vibrate takes a few adjustments after install. I think I readjusted mine 3 or 4 times because it would touch and vibrate.

so your 200 cell was rubbing the underbody as well? How did you adjust it.

You just have to adjust them by turning them a little, eventually when I put my driveshaft in I cut 1 inch off both pipes as mine was a really tight fit.
