Water Dripping On My Feet!
Hey folks,
Got a strange one for you. Car sat outside for a day in the rain because we had carpet installers using the garage. My car is garage kept and rarely driven in the rain.
Anywho... I jumped in it yesterday to run an errand before putting it back and was getting cold water drips on my feet (which normally I would not have felt but I was also wearing flip-flops). I can't see any obvious source but I'm guessing a windshield seal? Anything else I could check?

If not, you may end up having to recreate the ordeal with a garden hose and work your way up.

As luck would have it, I happen to have one of those.
Problem is it seems to be dripping down from the area of the hood release. I don't know that a moisture meter helps much once you cross the divide from carpet to hard surface, does it? I'm thinking it's got to be visual.

Not sure if it applies to the C63 but a lot of cars have the sunroof drains come down the A pillar and sometimes the plastic line splits or has a joint that comes undone in that area.
Could also be a leaky windshield - has it ever been replaced?

Not that I am aware of. I'll give it a good inspection tonight and see how the seal looks. Thank you.

I had similar issues while going through a car wash. I used some 14GA wire out of some ROMEX (so I could mold and form it to make the bends in the drain hose) and a small-nozzle adapter on my air compressor to "break up" and blow out the blockage in my sunroof drains. Pull the A-Pillar and check for any breaks first to make sure you're not just making things worse.
