I’d like to officially post a little thread for my car.
Picked up a damn near bone stock Obsidian Black 2009 with 48K miles.

A month into it I got a CEL for left bank too lean or something like that. Replaced filters to begin because some people say it’s an issue…. Well didn’t work.
Mercedes techs smoke tested it and tested many things. They were stumped.
Finally diagnosed the intake manifold had warped.

$4000 later it was fixed and I also added in a Weistec oil catch can to help prolong life and treat the motor.

Got brake checked on freeway. From 70MPH down to probably 20. Almost no way for me to avoid this one.

Coilovers came in!
BC Racing coils, love all their products

Moshammer widebody also came in! Quick mock up on side just to see how much wider it’d be in rear.

Installed the coilovers (didn’t drop much as I’m waiting until wheels body work etc…)
Also got some nice carbon bits

Going to be first on here (I believe) to do this one!
Picked up some aftermarket tails which always look sorta weird to me. Reason being is I’m getting them opened and custom clear insides. Going to be full clear euro tails.

Edit, dropped car off for widebody and painting it… CHINA BLUE.
Debated a lot of colors and I’ve driven a few GT-R’s in China Blue and forgot how amazing the color is.
Also keeping it Mercedes.

Correct, when I worked at Mercedes I saw a few GT-R Pro’s in it and loved it. Thought it’d be cool to keep it a rare Mercedes color.

Car is almost done in paint, widebody is done
Scored some SSR 3 piece wheels for a STEAL


These are the custom clear tail lights I had made for my car, we painted the black trim China Blue to make them flow more evenly. But that will be in a future picture.

These are the SSR’s I picked up for a STEAL, along with widebody in the rear is done. Also got some facelift smaller side mirrors for only $300 off a wrecked C class so I got rid of the ugly big 09 side mirrors
