Is it possible to change the Day Running Lights without removing the bumper?
If I remove the front carbon effect plate and the small grill below the light will I be able to pull the DRL through that gap and replace it with the new ones I've bought

You can pull them out the front without removing the bumper. There was a post from a few years back about it with details that was just bumped a week or two ago. I’m not going to do the work for you, but a quick search should yield the result. It’s easy.
