Our 3D printing experience has crossed over to some projects for the W204 [C63] platform.
These allow for constant improvements to be made to design as well as provide low cost replacements or upgrades.
In return, these builds will be provided with a standard finish, allowing the user to refine or customize to their choosing (smoothing, paint, etc.)
As these are not yet listed on our site, please email if you are interested. As noted, please allow ample time for printing and basic finishing.
[Pictures to follow soon, thank you for your patience.]
1) LED Fog Light Upgrade for Prefacelift C63 AMG. Complete LED black housing, plug and play. "Off Road Use Only"
2) Addon Large Fins for OEM Rear Diffuser - Don't mess with Chinese carbon diffusers and trying to get them to fit. Get the same look with a beefier design, maintaining your fitment and quality.
3) Enclosed Grill Star - Lack of supply for original star.
Potential other ideas in the works:
Prefacelift foglight intake - driver side dummy, passenger side route to oil cooler
We can also do custom work depending on requirements.
Please email for more info.
We plan to have these ready sometime next week. We will notify here when available.
We also have 1 more project in progress we hope we can complete, though the weather in the Midwest is not favorable for testing and function (track usage/potentially cosmetic)
There are other items that we haven't mentioned that we are not sure there would be demand for, such as headlamp washer system delete plug, (minor weight savings, plugs reservoir side)
Unrelated to 3D projects we are working on soft close doors as well.
Maybe we should print an intake manifold

From my perspective, I would think you could sell them for $35 a pair. I certainly would buy a pair at that price, if they became available. Cheap insurance!

Hello Scott,
Perhaps something with a little better impact-absorbance would do the trick. Have you considered a solution like this: https://amzn.to/3RcQcT8
Similar to your design but with a little more flexibility.
Wawawiwa I was actually trying to fit custom black LED fogs exactly like that but was unsure if the online offerings would be compatible with the prefacelift mounting location. This takes the guesswork out, I'm interested and following.

Thank you for the tip! The shape/construction of the edge trim you mention looks to be just perfect. If it were clear or silver, I would buy a roll and use 2 inches of it for each door and it would resolve my concern.
But, I can't bring myself to have a black "add on" bit in the middle of the side the car. Perhaps doing the entire door edge, like in their picture, would look less-bad than just 2-inch bits on each door. I may consider this in the future. Will give my clear vinyl hose bits a bit longer trial first. So far, they're working.

definitely print intake manifold, i am very sure that would be popular. Not sure what temperature it would need to withstand and also oil resistant.
The foglights:
OEM, there are two circuits there, I think. Do these have two circuits too? And is there a LED fix included, so that there is no error message?
Also, just a suggestion:
Some people are working on maintaining the OEM look, just like some other people enthusiastically change it.
These people that want OEM, discovered that the Chrome ring around the foglight, that needs to be replaced every few years, is only available OEM and costs over $100.
Question: WOuld you be willing to see if you can offer the rings separately and maybe painted chrome? The factory ones are plastic, brittle, crack. The chroming appears to be a form of powdercoating.
Do you have a picture of these foglights installed further back? I'm interested in getting a set but want to see how they look further back and not as zoomed in.
Aero fins for diffuser - available, US only
$49.99 raw black (gloss) (images not on diffuser)
$59.99 color match diffuser (satin grey) (shown on images attached to diffuser)
Please note website is still having some issues so feel free to email us and we can send you a quote directly for payment.
I definitely im pleased with the look, I think I mentioned before this was something I always wanted and it worked well. I'll definitely get some better pictures with a nicer camera, but I gotta get my engine put back together first, I've been a little lazy these past few weekends.
