a friend of mine dyno'd 472hp on stock intake and 506hp with black boost intake. They were different days and different temp so take that into consideration

The RENNtech intake is hopefully coming back later this year.

I've been in touch with them and they stopped production after their CF molds were lost overseas during the pandemic.

They are in the process of re-creating the necessary CF molds in-house and plan to resume production afterwards.

The BlackBoost intake looks interesting. Waiting on some independent testing / data logging / tuner opinions before I consider it.

The Blackboost looks a little more aggressive than the Renntech, although for only 20~hp gain I'd put that money into a supercharger kit.

I highly doubt it's actually 20hp...
yeah I would say either choice is silly. Minimal power gain for a fairly substantial cost. Just save it and put it towards a supercharger

in reality, its too expensive for what it is. its really only to complete the look if you have a RennTech car

not ready for that kind of power yet just got this car it’s also my first v8 so i’m taking it slow, that’s why i thought this would be nice option yet again i can also use that money towards exterior appearance.
