W204 C63 AMG

W204 C63 AMG 2009 - Replacement engine required, UK based

My W204 C63 AMG recently experienced engine failure so I am looking at replacement options, any advice or leads on a replacement engine is greatly appreciated. UK based.

Have you tried the UK Dismantler network?

This is great advice thank you, I called them a few days ago and they have referred me to a place in Kent so there's a potential avenue for rebuild there. Appreciate the advice thanks

I am in Canada and have no personal experience with the auto wrecking yards in the UK. I just put "auto dismantler network united kingdom" in google and it came up with a few sites that should give you a place to start. Best of luck getting your engine replaced or rebuilt.

I'm from the UK and I'd definitely keep an eye out on ebay as engines come up there every now and then. If you do go down this route it is definitely worth getting somebody to go with you to check it beforehand if you aren't mechanically inclined.

How did you engine failure happen +what is the specific issue if known? If rebuilding is definitely not out of the picture it might be worth a go also.
