15%off for C43 leasing, good deal?
Hey guys,
I'm a remote worker in the California Bay Area, and I'm looking for a budget-friendly car to hang out instead of using Uber all the time.
I found a deal on Leasehackr for a nearly fully loaded 2024 C43 (MSRP around $77,000) with 15% off MSRP and $0 down payment. The deal includes $3,100 due at signing and $800+ monthly after tax. (7,500 miles per year 36 months lease,residual is 62%)
Is this a good deal that I should consider?
Initially, I was looking at a 2024 BMW M240i, but their quote is only $1,500 off an MSRP of around $55,000, and the monthly payment would be $970.(7,500 miles per year 36 months lease, residual is 55%)

it's an okay deal. This is about what they should be by default. Pricing has finally come down from Covid times. That probably brings the car to just above Invoice which is historically was the goal on these cars.
Is the residual really only 62%? That sounds like the 10k mile/year number unless much has changed in a year.

2018 S560, 2004 SL500, 2014 S550 (SOLD), 2012 S550 x2(SOLD), 2007 CL600 (SOLD), 2007 S600(SOLD)
There is about 6% difference between invoice and MSRP on a new Mercedes. 12.25% is invoice plus holdback, so true dealer cost. Residual is set by the manufacturer and non negotiable.

Yes, 7500 mile/year for C43 is 62%, and BMW is only 55%.
