I posted a question on the MB USA Facebook page yesterday regarding the price release and my disappointment compare to other brands release strategy... of course it was deleted withing minutes. What floored me is the fact that everywhere else the price has been out for months. How can we raise our voice?

So sadly my Sales Manager had the day off today so I didn't get any information on whether or not the car was built. Although if it was built then it could have been shipped already or could be shipped tomorrow based off JP's info which he received during his trip. So I'm going to call my Sales Manager tomorrow hoping for some amazing news, but I wouldn't be annoyed if it only begun production today since it'll be finished by Friday

Well I finally heard back from my Dealer and he tells me the first available C63s that will be shipped to him will arrive in the beginning of June.
If that is the first one then how in the world can they advertise "arriving in March to a Dealership near you".
Looks like I will be waiting for the 2016 which is what I told him after I thanked him because after all it's not his fault that MBUSA is leaving everybody in the dark.

That said, it gets worse. Every tried to order or spec a VW? Then you'll see something entirely worse than MB's launch process.

you should read JPs thread. Production has already started for cars. I think thats Canadas cars but US is going to start April. It takes 3 days to build. The price won't come out till the first C63 hits a dealer. Zibby called MBUSA and they said the price shouldn't be out later than April 1st... So you know what that means...
Production is very limited and I have no idea who's car those even were. They could be cars for auto shows for all I know.

He wasn't in today again. He might be sick and the other sales managers aren't returning my calls..... So I have no info so far. Hopefully I'll have something tomorrow if they don't call today. Although based of JP's confirmation that they the factory can only keep 24 hours worth of inventory makes me further believe that mine could arrive early April since it only takes 7-10 days for it to arrive in Windsor and then a further 7-10 days for it to arrive in Edmonton.

i just got an update from my dealer. the car is high lighted in yellow which means it close to freezing. Got all the pricing of my options.
The two "glitches" i had were 700 for red brake calipers and 750 for the twin spoke wheels.

This is a surprise to me, I would have thought the US would be miles ahead.
I'm here in South Africa, have pricing and an exact price list of options- obviously can't help any of you sadly

Talked to my dealership yesterday, and they said that the build date is still March 11th, and the order is in yellow meaning about to be frozen instead of red which is frozen. So were quite sure (90%?) the car has been built, and that the systems just acting up or hasn't been updated. Plan on calling again on March 31st to check up on the location of my car. Hopefully I'll be surprised with that phone calling by finding out that it's already headed to Edmonton
