My sales person call this morning to confirm my color choice since my car showed up in their system. It looks like the car is in production now and scheduled to be completed by the second week of May and at the dealership by the end on May. I guess here in the US the Edition 1 are coming much later than the C63 and the C63 S. He also mentioned that in the past week they got more than 15 requests for the E1, and I know that he didn't tell me that to make me feel better 
I know it will be worth the wait.

). I did however put on the order form "Sale at MASP not to exceed $88K" which in my mind should be the top price. Anything above this open a lot more options.

I'm in utter shock right now. Just talked to MB Canada and they said that the release date for the car is August, and that pricing is going to be announced in July.
The sales manager at my dealership won't be in until 1p.m so I'll call him soon to ask him if he's heard anything about this.

Don't know since I didn't contact MBUSA.
Just contacted my dealership again and talked to another sales manager which works there. He confirmed what MB Canada said, but he couldn't check my order for some reason. So tomorrow I'll call again to talk to the sales manager I've always dealt with to see if anything has changed to my order and to reconfirm if this is true....

I also need my car within 1-2 months since the deal I was offered required my car to have 18k km max for the trade in.... if it'll end up coming in August then that'll be more like 20-22k km so in that case I'll have to take my business else where.

Two concerning issues
Except for the obvios announce of waiting for the car (which I know too well from past non MB orders) I have no urgency to have the car before lets say August since it's not my only vehicle, but I am concern about:
1. Not knowing the MSRP
2. Which might related to the above, if the car is delivered in Agusut I would expect it to be 2016 and not 2015.
Maybe the reason MB don't release the MSRP is due to the buildup issues and uncertainty when they will actually deliver the cars, which effect the MSRP.
Who knows - MB should learn from Porsche how to build excitement without disappointing their customers. With Porsche I know the MSPR why before the official production date. Since I'm new to MB I can only compare it to other brands I used in the past and both Porsche, Land Rover were amazing. So, in a nutshell, I didn't drive the car, and so far my experience with the brand it total disappointment. I hope the car will make me forget this part.
