There were preliminary C63 lease rates posted in March despite the base MSRP not being announced. If I recall, they were pretty terrible at 53% for 36 months and 15k mi/yr. I thought about getting one having a mid-May delivery, but was able to get an M3 instead for 63% and .00129 MF.
I forget the Benz MF but it was much higher, probably due to the high demand for the initial batch of deliveries, I'm guessing. I imagine after 2-3 months these figures will get much better.
I was bummed at the time after having 4 AMGs in a row, but the M3 is very nice car too and I'm enjoying it immensely, especially with a tune and M-Performance exhaust.
Eventually, I'll swing back to AMG if and when they ever offer the C63s in 4Matic. Should be a monster with tune.

This is the way I see it....
M3 = fat fenders (weird exhaust note)
C63S = V8TT exhaust note combined with spool!! (really disappointed in the fenders)
A huge difference in the lease numbers could break the tie.

The M Performance exhaust sounds much, much better than the stock system. As a V8 fan though, it's just hard to fall in love with the F8X's soundtrack. The M3's fenders look great though, and the newest iteration of the DCT is a gem.
I do have a question though. The F8X is obviously a RWD platform, and the newest M3 is perhaps the most traction-limited M3 to date (thanks to the mountains of torque), despite aggressive front/rear tire sizing. As the owner of a powerful RWD car, why would you like to see the W205 with 4MATIC?
FWIW, I think you made a great choice, as you simply can't go wrong with either car. Both the F8X and W205 are fantastic platforms. Each car is more dynamic than the one it replaces.

This one might help => http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=504
The consensus might be that Jimmy from Steve Thomas BMW (username "Golffrr") is the dealer with the most participation on the forum. Most people looking for BMWs have been told to contact him for the best deals. The problem is the guy can't get allocations fast enough to meet his demand so there might be a wait.

Actual thread is here....

I admire the following and client base Golffrr has. He must be doing very well as he himself has an F8x build thread rocking HRE's and some other goodies. He also has assistants and an automated form for customers so they are in a que.
Question is who is the "Golffrr" of the MBZ world? none? (whos hiring? lol)

Very educational on the mechanics and leasing strategies including how and why you want to max out security deposits ("MSD" I believe). Includes all the different levers that effect the cost of a lease.

I doubt that's what it is. At this price point, a person either wants an M3 or a C63 and honestly none of these reviews really matter much. When you have a boner for M, AMG can't satisfy and the other way around.

Its weird because thats what everyone on bimmerpost is saying because it hasn't been this low since recently.

As someone that has considered an F80 M3 (and an E90 in the past), I have never seen such favorable lease rates for the BMW.
The lease deals on the C63 will get better too. These cars are never "deals" at launch.

I know they've had some problems moving the M4s -- especially those with sunroofs. This dealer down the street from me has 38 M cars on the lot, which includes 15 M4s.

Thanks for starting this thread. As a current F80 M3 driver considering the switch to a C63, this will be super helpful. Bimmerpost is definitely very active in the purchasing forum so updated BMW lease info is easy to come by - I've been having a tougher time finding MB info.

Have to buddies getting M4s (part of the reason I went AMG) and they are getting just above $800 a month on 12k/36 months. They are getting great cap cost because they are doing ED. Either way still a great deal.
