C63 vs Upcoming BMW M2 Coupe
Trying to decide between c63 and BMW M2 coupe.
What to do? C63 is more powerful but will it be more fun to drive? Fun factor is key. Wish I had the $$$ to buy both...

I feel like M2 is going to be really similar to the CLA but a bit better. I think the C63 is going to be better. If youre gonna track id say get the M2.

I always recommend asking this question first -- it generally will lead you to one path or the other. Chassis with power or luxury, raw sound, and pure muscle. If you're a track guy...why not go M4?

As others have said, most will not be cross-shopping the M2 with the W205 C63. The C63 is a much bigger car. It's also faster and much more expensive.
If you're looking for a luxurious daily driver that has mega performance, you will not be disappointed with the W205 C63.

However I agree with your wanting both as they will be quite different, both a C63 and a M2 in the garage would be nice especially if your opting for the W205 sedan C63, not really much point if it's a C205 C63 & M2 combination though.
On this whole M2 thing I believe it will cause more of a problem for its bigger brother sibling the M4 than AMG models, BMW would have to purposely down grade it to make sure it doesn't come close to the M4, however I'm confident that down the track tuned M2's will be impressive enough to beat a M4 in many regards, it was a similar story with previous iterations of the 135i family with the culminating M135i really making a big statement and being better than the same generation M3 in some regards.
Also there have been numerous comparisons of the CLA45 vs the M235i and the M235i seems to mostly come out on top, that being the case the M2 should be convincingly better than the CLA45 - interesting comparison to look forward to and then how AMG respond to make the future CLA better.
