I have a question that I have no clue to the answer and I wonder if anyone of you out there has a answer.

I was wondering if any of the electronic nanny's that AMG puts in these cars is linked to the size tire and rubber footprint it has and would be upset if we change tire size. I just trying to think ahead and see if there are any negatives to doing so. Will the speedo auto correct by sensing the revs per mile or will it be off some?

Just threw these Nt 555 g2 285's on the rear yesterday. Not much to little rub. Maybe stiffen up suspension a little or slight wheel spacer would help the rub. looks mean tho.

just realized how bad this picture was.. im sorry i fail hahah

2017 C63S Coupe
285s shouldnt be an issue in the rear, at least for the coupe. I have a c63s coupe and stock rears are 285. Im waiting for them to wear out so I can replace them with 305s in the back. Need wider tires because even stock I just cannot put any power down from a stop without the car just going sideways. There are people on this forum who have 305s in the rear and theres no rubbing etc

Not sure if it applies - but when I upsized my W209 CLK 550 rears from 255 to 265, I got a lot of flashing triangles and nannies when ripping thru the canyons. Normal everyday driving was OK tho.

Just curious if it actually fits or not, I would prefer more wider tires with this kind of power even in stock form, I can't imagine how people who plan to tune it are going to deal with 265 tires.

Speaking of which does anyone know if 275's will fit on the stock OEM RIM?

I havent picked up my car yet, so haven't had a chance to see for myself.
Hi, I'm Sher. I'm owner of Mercedes C63 w205 AMG. I'm very interested in tuning.
I'll use this car at race track (track-days) first of all and in the city a little because it's not the only car. I've just bought Brondex C63 catless downpipes made a ECU tuning and now I'm interesed in sport tyres, what do you think, which is better for track days?
