Both the C63 and C63S have an LSD as standard equipment. The difference is that the C63 has a mechanical LSD and the C63S has an electronic LSD.

The misinformation in this thread is hilarious.
The C63 has an LSD
The C63s has an LSD, with added electronic activation. (Rather than being purely mechanical)
Both are lubricated with oil and whether its in the schedule or not (it is), you should get the oil changed after run in, especially if you're keeping the car for any length of time.
All dealers in Australia I've had any interaction with insist on changing the LSD oil, glad they at least get that right.

I do know when I got my car, (October, 2016), there was a sticker on the window indicated that the rear diff fluid needed to be changed at 1850 miles. So I had it done.

I guess years of competing off road and building diffs/lockers must have confused me. here's the deal... LSD does NOT = Locker. read up on it. two totally different technologies so,... your first line is incorrect.
