Touch up paint
Does MB make touch up paint for the red calipers?
What part number please?
What part number for polar white?

(if you are wondering, I have a scratch on my caliper that the dealer is more than willing to correct, but would have to send out for repaint, and I am not comfy having them do all that just for a scratch. you never know what else might go wrong as a result of removal/reinstall. I also know that the touch up, if actually exists, will probably change color due to heat. I am just collecting information at this point.)

Why wouldn't you let them correct it, especially at their cost? It would be warrantied and it will looks like new.

My previous car was delivered with a scratch on one of the front calipers and they replaced the whole caliper under warranty. I would press them for this rather than a repair.

1.Because lease
2.because I'd rather have a factory install scratch than repainted reinstalled set up that may create other unexpected visits.
3. I also don't care that much. Only want to avoid potential rust issues.

If it's not really noticeable I would just live with it.
But then again, some of us are picky and things like this always bother us until they're fixed.
I probably fit in the latter group.

I'm with you. I am picky but my time is worth more than back and forth with the dealer. I am a regular so if I ask they will do any of the aforementioned. I worry about issues that don't exist but may if they take apart things and put them back together, which would require additional visits. I may even find a neat little decal and cover it.
