C63s do ecu reflashes and downpipe
which ecu flash is to go for at moment? We have rennitech, weistec, eurocharge (my w204 was on their v5) and velos? And whether is it ok to do a $1500 downpipe over the $2800 weistec one which claims to have ceremic coating and bolt on installation? From my previous experience its more economical and satisfactorying to do both the downpipe n ecu at the same time so i can have a big smile on my fat face
If you are located close to one of the tuners then for simplicity's sake I would go with them. That was the main reason I got the tune I did.

n i dont really trust any of my local shops due to the small size of our country (new zealand). Good thing is we dont have any legal restrictions on what modifications can be done, as long as it passes a warrant of fitness test, ie it does going forward and back, turns and stops
By the way,

I live in South Africa now so trust me I had the same concerns as you when it came to letting people work on my car. Do your research meet them in person , check out their workshop and trust your gut.
I found a great workshop locally to me so there should surely be an authorized dealer of the brands that advertise on this website in NZ. Getting the ecu out is a bloody mungrel so make sure you factor a days labor on top of the cost of tuning.
Let me know if you find some one
We did got the problem sort out but takes a lot more time plus extra shipping charges which I will say is fair. After everything got installed I am very happy with my car and nearly 6 months from now everything runs well.
In fact I did got my car back to dealer for scheduled service and they said nothing about my car regarding voiding the warranty!
