every fillup i add 2 gallons of e85 to a full tank of 93 octane, it bumps up the octane level by a little bit

The ECU can adjust for the lower octane. Unless you are pushing the car really hard and or have a tune that requires the car to run higher octane there is no point. I would not trust a non approved octane booster in my Benz.

Here in San Diego there's a station with unleaded 100oct and I am so tempted but don't think stock ECU will adjust to it or does it?

Several threads on the topic but no real consensus. Some say stay away from the stuff while others claim benefits. Like everything else, there are risks involved. I did e85 with my M4 and saw some benefits but had an unrelated issue and stopped mixing it.

Snake oil. The one thing boosters do is boost money out of your wallet.

Boostane and Octanium both somewhat work.

Doubtful. If anything, minimal increase in power, nothing that you'll feel. Real way to tell to do back to back dyno runs on 91 vs 100. At $8/gallon for 100 oct, I can live with my stock 503HP.

Something like .1 up per ten gallons of fuel.
