Having had both the c63s and now the GLC 63s coupe I like the GLC better Do agree 4 matic+ in the c63s would be cool. When i purchased the GLC I could have bought the E63s for 30k more but honestly don't like the way they look plus its like having an tuned RS7 which I already have.

This is nothing new. Unfortunately, many tuners do this and use factory rated numbers to measure and compare their gains...Whether a tuner decides to use their own baseline numbers (as they should) or factory rated numbers (inflating/misleading) is ultimately their decision, but obviously using baseline figures keeps everyone honest. DINAN uses their own measurements so the gains they publish are not misleading (533 HP/572 ft-lbs measured stock, 609 HP/664 ft-lbs with DINAN tune).
- Rated by Mercedes-Benz: 503 HP @ 5,500-6,250rpm; 516 LB-FT @ 1,750-4,500rpm
- Rated by RENNtech: 545 HP @ 6,150rpm; 550 LB-FT @3,700-4,700rpm
- Note: Mercedes M177 engine performance when measured, obtains higher power numbers than rated from factory.

Belive I read an article that the c63's are getting the 9 speed but no 4matic+ that I know of. At the moment I'm driving the same 9 speed in the GLC with the same 4.0tt from the c63s and its sick stock.

I'll be driving the new Audi if I only cared for AWD and going fast. Just a tune on a RS3 and it's sub 3sec 0-60mph and 10 sec 1/4 mile car. Save $30k as well. I am happy you are pleased with your GLC but I'll rather take a RS3 for groceries over a GLC.

Yup I actually had an Rs3 and did mod's via Iroz, it was fun but it felt more front wheel drive then rear wheel. Felt to small and looked like a kids car imo, I'm getting older but to each is their own. Finding an awd system that you can have fun with kicking the *** end out as well as laying down some seriously low 0-60 times is awesome yes sounds silly but that's what I like lol.

Yup couldn't agree more, my rs7 is so much more fun in that aspect. Also its the reason the rs3 doesn't do as well 0-60 since its dual clutch, they need to lower the rpm especially when you mod it or it just spins.

Different strokes for different folks. Me personally give me a RS6 Avant (wagon) and I'm all over it soccer mom and all. But what can I say I like MILF's too and ones with big phat asses

There's been talk that there is another RS car being released soon to North America, could be RS4 or RS6. Problem is the RS6 body is going to change. The new look i'm not a fan of as much as the C7/C7.5. But I so hear you, the RS6 is my dream car ultimate sleeper but I had to settle for the RS7 Till then my daily is my scoccer mom GLC 63s blahh.. https://mbworld.org/forums/glc43-glc...t-package.html
BTW I know we are just shooting the poop here but i'm seriously interested in doing a turbo swap for the GLC 63s soon.

I actually like the look of the GLC63S, the Coupe variant not so much (screams X6 to me).
I’m actually in the market for a CPO Porsche Macan S/Turbo to replace my wife’s BMW E93, so the GLC got my attention when the 63S variant came out. They’ll be great values second hand, but I’m not paying even close to MSRP for another AMG to depreciate $15k the moment I leave the dealership.
You can grab a CPO Macan Turbo with a 100k mile warranty for half the price of a new GLC63S... and I’m not convinced it would be more fun than the PDK Macan.

I actually had a Macan Turbo too (i've seriously had too many cars) it was nice but not as nice nor as fun imo as the GLC 63s. Do drive both and compare yourself though. Drive the 4Matic+ if you can its silly fun.

All these cars are pointless seriously I've pissed away more money buying cars I don't look at it that way any more, seriously we could (should) be driving kia's if that was the case. To me the sound alone is so important, the Macan would never give me the type of sound that this 4.0 v8 deliveries imo. Regarding the PDK, the trans in the Macan is not a "true" PDK though it does shift fast most likely faster then the GLC new 9 speed wet clutch, it does shift quick though better then my 17 c63s did. If money is an issue sure do get what ever works best for you, the Macan Turbo was fun and probably one of the nicest small SUV's I've owned before. Your right on though, Merc is charging an arm and a leg for these new GLC 63s Coupes, believe the coupe alone is 6k more the the SUV version. Btw I recently had a GLE 63s but it was too big. The Macan and the GLC seem to be in the same size caterogry so I hear you one what your after.
Having had the c63s with a tune it was quick, for some reason this new 9 speed feels faster stock if that's possible. Would like to tune and dp's first then turbo's afterwards and see if it will get into the 2 second range for 0-60 and in the 130's 1/4.
Funny review on the SUV verision of the glc 63s
Another video showing some rear butt hang out lol

I drove the E63S with the 9 speed and it felt a bit snappier, but I didn’t like having so many gears to downshift when I wanted power. I prefer to paddle shift almost all the time, can’t help it after driving manuals exclusively for 15 years.
I bought AWD cars out of necessity in the North East before the C63S, I had a B5 S4 that had various engine builds over the years (stroker motor, twin Garrett turbos, single turbo, etc.). Around 600 hp to the wheels and around 3100lb curb weight, trapped well over 130 mph on pump gas. I think that car honestly spoiled AWD for me, nothing has come close to how fast it was! Maybe a 911 Turbo is next after the C63S

600+ to the wheels on pump gas, now your talking my language lol. I've had tons of S4's including b5's love that motor! AWD does spoil one, damn you Audi! LOL. BMW and Merc seem to be giving the customers best of both worlds AWD and the ablity to shut it off for burnout etc..

All signs are pointing to AWD for the next gen M3/M4, so it’s possible the W205 will be the last RWD C63. Honestly, I’m all for it. I love the idea of being able to select RWD/drift mode when I feel rowdy. In almost all other cases, AWD is better on the street in front engined cars. Especially with today’s crazy power figures manufacturers are putting out.

Making big HP+torque is so easy now that it practically mandates AWD and a dual clutch or automatic trans. My C63 is fun but it's so stupid easy to lose traction. I once had wheelspin when crossing the smooth painted lines on the road. And it's still stock.

My 2017 C63S Coupe dyno's 434 - 440hp at the wheels. I believe most people assume about 15% loss of HP between the crank and the wheels, and if this is true, then I'm in the 503hp at the crank ballpark. I have yet to see someone post their stock C205 C63S dyno results, who isn't trying to sell me something.
