I just did the different way, I have the Non S C63, it got 360mm front and 360mm rear brake. The rear brake ist the same in S / Non S.
Front brake is in S floating, 390mm, and bigger Pistons!
If you want to change the Rotors, you have to change the caliper. For fitting the other caliper, you have to change the steering knuckle.

Just got a complete non S brake if somebody is looking for one

Im just a little late to the party, but to be sure I have this right.

1) these replacement rotors LINKED above from FCP will fit a 2015+ Mecedes AMG C63S with no modification to OEM caliper (despite the website itself stating "this item does not for your 2015 AMG C63S")

AND

2) come with a lifetime warranty

just want to make sure i have this down correctly before I get all excited and spend some money.

  • C63S only (Obviously not for cars with carbon ceramic brakes)
  • Lifetime replacement, no questions asked

Two questions,

1) Are the rotors exact match in dimensions? For example will the Replacement rotor move the rear wheel in/out of the wheel well or will it be the exact same. Just curious for those struggling with big wheels and the not so big Sedan fenders

2) Any Recommendation for rear replacement?

1) No the Rotor will not act as a spacer and move your wheel further out.

2) OEM for the time being as they're just a simple 1 piece rotor and are inexpensive, unless you're just wanting something different.

What mileage are you guys having to do brake job at? Closing in on 24k, I bet I'm getting close.....

What are you guys doing for pads? Stock or? My car will never see a track but I definitely don't mind upgrading or using something that isn't oem.

I'm at just under 14K miles and preparing for brakes. Pads are about half or more gone and the rotors have a slight lip on them but I'm going to run them down before I replace them.

As far as pads, I want to say HAWK makes a pad that works and a few others but I'm not recalling off the top of my head. From the info dug up since starting this it seems the front Calipers are from the CLS63/SLS/C63 BS (for the C63S ONLY), so that should open up Pad options for the front as you just search for those.

Porterfield R4-S was the consensus choice from the W204 C63 guys for something with equal stopping power and less dust than the OEM. They're available in a W205 fitment:

Thumbs up 2015 AMG C63s replacement rotors

Just replaced all 4 rotors with Racing Brake two piece rotors. I am a street track guy and have been tracking for about 5 years and want to say these rotors are much better than factory MB rotors. As you know MB charges about $1100 for the factory front rotors each which are Brembo rotors. You also know Brembo will
sell you the same rotor direct for less. However they do not make a two piece rotors for the rear and I believe Racing Brake two piece rotors are far superior and made from better alloyed gray iron and heat treated. Plus they also save you 3 to 4 lbs each weight on each rotors which means better performance on the track as well as the street.
I have had no issues with them and when the rotor surface is worn you do not have to replace the whole rotor so replacement costs is less. Your choice but I am totally satisfied with Racing Brake. I also had them custom make stainless brake lines for me.

RacingBrake makes by far the best rotors for Mercedes, nothing else comes close as far as durability or weight reduction. Their 2pc are even lighter than the factory 2piece and much stronger with a patented convergent vane technology.

The rears save almost 7-10 lbs each depending on application, give them a try, you won't be disappointed

Thanks for the testimonial. More and more Mercedes owners are finding RB brakes to be a better alternative to dealer and/or aftermarket market for its better price and value.

Thank you for the endorsement.
We work very hard to earn your trust and will continue to provide viable brake options; so far we believe we offer the most comprehensive brake upgrade program for MB. So whether you are looking for replacement or upgrade, you shall find your brake here, but if you can't find it let us know.

@RacingBrake do you guys make a replacement set of rotors for the w205 C63 NON-S model? We have smaller rotors... OR do you have any recommendations regarding a conversion kit so we can fit the c63s sized rotors?

I bought the 2 piece rotors which will fit . You find them on the 204 Black and the Gt's . I got them for a really good price from FCP Euro I believe it was . I haven't installed them yet but I like the look better and the fact they have aluminum ctr's to dissipate the heat

For C63S replacement (390/360mm). This is the kit you need. (Not the same as the kit for base model upgrade per your link)
