C63S Replacement Rotors

You definitely want to check the site for the most up to date pricing. A dealer set is normally ~ $375-400. Aftermarket sets like an EBC pad are typically 1/3 the price.

Hey Kyle, what's your $0.02 on OE Brembo rotors for a 2018 C63S vs the Black Series rotors (also Brembos)? Any difference/advantage for one over the other?

Hey would you mind sending the part number for the rear ebc brake pads. Thanks

Sounds like you're set on the Red Stuff pads ... which I've not used because I wanted something that'll withstand track running.
In case anyone is interested, here's the EBC part numbers I do have (these came from EBC) ...
For 2016 AMG C63 S Sedan (fronts are 3-piston/side, red calipers, 390 mm/15.4 in, iron rotors)
orange stuff front pads: DP91939
orange stuff rear pads: N/A
yellow stuff front pads: DP41939R
yellow stuff rear pads: DP42350R
blue stuff front pads: DP51939NDX
blue stuff rear pads: DP52350NDX
RP-1 front pads: DP81939RP1
RP-1 rear pads: N/A
RP-X front pads: DP81939RPX
RP-X rear pads: N/A
I've used Yellow Stuff and Blue Stuff and am moving to RP-X for track-only running (with Blue Stuff on rears). I run Blue Stuff for street use and have also run Yellow Stuff on the street. Blue/Yellow are both fine for street use.
When I swap to/from winter/summer wheels/tires, before putting the wheels up on the rack, I always clean the wheels and apply a coat of ceramic paint protection (I just use the cheapo Amazon Mr. Fix 9H stuff and it works just fine). As such, I never worry about brake dust since it comes off easily just using a soft brush and Palmolive dish soap (I use Palmolive because it has an almost neutral PH, 7.2 IIRC).

Yes we shipped to Australia all the time.

I'd like to purchase front and rear rotors and pads kit for a 2017 C63s Coupe (red calipers). The lightweight rotors kit, the old links in this thread don't work anymore, are you still offering these kits plus shipping to Australia?

Ebay
Subtotal $718.95 tax $73.69 Order total $792.64 You'll earn $7.19 in eBay Bucks.
FCP
Subtotal $893.16 Shipping $8.99 Tax $91.55 Total $993.70
The EBC pads are a steal though on amazon and I don’t think that @FCPEuro carries those.

This thread has been really helpful, I appreciate all the info. I decided to go with FCP over RB for two reasons. 1 they are a little less money and free shipping, RB would have cost close to $140 shipping. 2 FCP has a customer service phone number while RB you have to email them for any customer service. Since I am not racing my car the stock Brembo rotors will be fine for me.

More importantly, who wants to be able to return the rotors, pads, and brake fluids when they're due for replacement, and get reimbursed for them in full?

It's finally time to change the rotors/brakepads Before I buy the parts, the brakes/rotors did not change from 2017-2019 on the c63s AMG coupes correct? And also anyone have suggestions on aftermarket rear brake pads?

If you do NOT get on them heavy or get them upto high temps, then I guess they will stay gold color
This is what they started out like :-)

Awesome. Good to know there is another option besides oe brembo floating discs when time comes to change mine. Plus they made locally aswell.
Are the fronts the same size as oem fronts? Website only says 360mm for fronts and rears.
