Yes, many have deleted secondary CAT without issues.
Sensors are located before secondary CAT.
25% more sound. "Should have come like this from factory"

Sound increases significantly upon wide open throttle. Oops and burbles are more pronounced when upshiftong and downshifting. Take it somewhere reputable and expect to pay anywhere between $180-$300

Sure man. I get it... Sometimes using the search function doesn’t make you feel like your exact question was answered. Been there plenty of times. My two cents is that it’s a worthwhile mod to bide your time til you say F it and get downpipes like I am. If you want, check out my Instagram or YouTube channel for sound checks. @wexlax732

Anyone in south Florida?
I’ve been to different places. Performance shops and muffler shops. No one is willing to undertake removing the secondary cats. I’ve had shops say they won’t because of emissions and it’s to hard to get to. Also, they won’t be able to get in there to make the cut. Where are you guys getting this done ? Anywhere in South Florida know of a place?

I had one shop tell me that, but they were inexperienced with the W205 C63S. They looked at the shop manual and thought they had to drop the transmission to do it (which is not true at all).
I ended up getting it done at Eurocharged in Toronto.
South Florida has so many great shops, for sure you should be able to find someone to do it. All they need is a welding torch and a mirror. Hopefully someone here can help recommend a place!

Gexhaust has done a few cars including mine, not 10/10 work but gets the job done and held the welds. They have 2 locations, one in ft lauderdale area and one in miami

G'day all, I have a 2017 C63S coupe and I'm based in Australia. I recently undertook the secondary cat delete which made a positive difference in noise (louder) however it has introduced another issue which is a noticable rattle from 2500-3000 in second and third going up through the gears, and 3000-2500 in second and third coming back down.
Given the amount of complaints at the below thread, I am very surprised I didn't read about this potential issue in any of the comments above?

Just a warning for those of you wanting to do the secondary cat delete.

Well it is not really my DD as I drive my AMG when ever I can but my Chevy Trax is mainly for driving to work, when there is bad weather or if I need to haul stuff.
