I know there are various articles chronicling the above, but wonder from hands on experience, if any members can advise the max comfortable size front spacer that won’t bring the tyres/rim outside of the top of the fender; based on lowering the car 20mm.
This request is based on OEM standard front 19” wheels & tyres (2018 car). Tyres 255/35/19.

I would recommend putting the tires on and then deciding on the spacer.
With 305s your tires will have no stretch they will be more square so it will be tricky... I'd say 5mm max if your car is lowered.
If your car is not lowered I think 305s by itself should be fine. Share some photos when you get them on!
Thanks Sanch, I’ll take your advice. I will post some pictures, however the dealer has delayed delivery yesterday, till 2nd week of July due to shipping & distribution hold-up’s !!
