Where is it? I can't find it. Looked in the on-board owners manual, app store. Here is my build (MY 2018) right off the window sticker.

Is yours a 2019 post mid life update vehicle or 2018 ??
AFAIK if it's a 2019 track pace is an option and maybe not fitted to your vehicle, don't know what that "application" is there, should be "package" ?? I'd say check with your dealer is your best bet.
My understanding is that in case of the '18 C63/S, Track Pace has to be installed on your phone and then the phone connects to the car via Wifi to collect the data points. There's nothing in the COMAND system itself. Starting with MY19, Track Pace is integrated into COMAND and can be used directly on the system and optionally the data can be downloaded to the phone.
Build date was 8/17 and it's a MY 2018. Here's the window sticker. Has to be there. It shows (the track pace app) on the 2018 MB configurator as well still.

Have an iphone and searched the app store for it and didn't find it. Where would I get it? Has to be there. On the C63 and some other models MB charges $150 and it's on the configurator. It was a no-cost option on the C63 S if you wanted it.

That software is no cost in the C63/S, but the Track Pace app itself doesn't run on the COMAND system. It only runs on your phone. Then there must be something that has to be done/added to make it work. I could be wrong. Just trying to figure it out is all.

It appears the Track Pace app isn't actually available yet in the USA. I just found this recent thread. Stings for owners of models where it is an extra charge, but I guess with the C63/S you can't complain and just have to wait until it becomes available.
