Just wondering, what is it you don't like about them? Too uncomfortable? May I ask what your general physique/build is?
On a side note, I seem to recall hearing that there is no way to swap out the seats...? I could be wrong...

No can do. Tried this on my 2018 GLA45. Wiring/bolt pattern is different because of the power lumbar and bolster in the sport seats. I even checked with MB to order a pair and swap them. It was a no go. MB will not sell seats that don't match up to what your car came equipped with based on the VIN.

One big difference between the two seat options is that you can lower the Sport seats quite a bit lower than the Performance seats. My car has the Sport seats, and when I drove a couple cars at the AMG Driving Academy that had the Performance seats, it was very noticeable how much higher the Performance seats were in their lowest setting.
I'm 6'2"/210 lbs, and so far the Sport seats have been perfect. Wouldn't change them for anything. And if adjusted properly, they have all the lateral support you'll need for anything short of taking the car to the track.

If you were in Europe I would have love to trade! I really like how they ”hug” you.
I find the comfort seats a little too loose. But yeah, they are comfortable (i remember when i tried another c63 with performance seats and had an ”ahh” feeling getting back to mine)

Damn really? I slid all around and my back wasn’t happy in the comfort seats.. I found the performance seats much more comfortable and reduced movement..and I have a brutal back with 3 discs 90%+ degenerated, one has an annular tear and 3 herniated discs. Only spent about an hour in each but I couldn’t stand the comfort seats after 10-15 minutes.. much more pressure on my lower back and I felt like I was sitting on a book. I’m 6ft 165lbs

They have the perforated seats for cooling in the 2019 now.. I just got my VIN today.. My c63s coupe was built on the 11th.. US Spec and it has it on the build sheet.. 401 "Heated and Ventilated front seats"

I’m 6’ slim build and driving on some Austin TX hill country curves (pretty much the only non-straights in all of TX lol), I definitely am too loose in the comfort seats. Gives me the feeling of body roll when really there isn’t. However the comfort seats are easier to live with on a day-to-day basis, more comfortable for longer trips, and for typical Texas roads, there really is no need for the Performance seats imho.
If I lived anywhere with curves though, I’d definitely reconsider the Performance seats. All my passengers seem to love the comfort seats over the buckets though.

I don’t think the seats are interchangeable. If anyone has more info, please correct me.
i have the pepper regular seats and would trade with you if they are indeed interchangeable.

Other than a coding issue, I can't imagine these seats would not be interchangeable.
I can't see Mercedes drilling different hole location's in the floor based on the seats you order. It wouldn't be a very smart way for an assembly line to be operated.

OP is referring to ventilation, which I think we all knew were in these performance seats this year, but yeah, we certainly did a public service with that performance seat AIRSCARF verification in the Cabrio post! LOL. 43 days and counting for me until production...UGH
EDIT: thought this post was the perf seat ventilation inquiry. HAHA. Oops...that's another post. Can you tell this subject has been discussed one too many times? hahaha

OP, I feel you.
I recently got the AMG GLC 43 and the seats are the worst seats I have ever sat in.
hard, low back pain, too small, etc. im a bigger guy 5’8, 250lbs but even skinnier people who have been in my car have complained about the seats.
i tried to talk to Mercedes about swaping my seats with the standard GLC 300 seats but they dont work with u.
im trading my car at the end of the year and never buying a Mercedes again.

no. the seats are just one thing.
- besides the seats being the most uncomfortable of any car ive ever driven,
- sun glasses holder is too small and i havent been able to use it.
- comfort entry is a joke. the fact that the seat doesnt move back when its time to get out makes it unconfortable.
- cup holders that only really hold one size cups. when i drove american brands in the past, the holders would have some sort of tough cushioning inside so it hold well anything.
- no capless fuel tank. again, Ford and Chevy do this. why is it difficult for german brands to do it?
- small tank size. again, american cars usually have bigger tanks.
- ride comfort. why are american brands so much comfortable than european brands?
boy, i could go on and on.
