Hi, Folks.
I need new fronts for my 2017 C63s (Red Non-CC). About the only thing I can find is the insanely expensive OEM ones $ 1,000 a piece is nuts because I'll probably just fry them again on the next trip to the track. Anybody got any other recommendations?

Out of interest how many track miles did you get out of your brakes?

I'm only at about 20k miles on the odo, but I took it to the Nürburging a few times. Did the Nordschleife 4 times but that didn't really do any visable damage. Did the AMG driving school there and that wasn't much load at all (rained most of the day). However, a couple months ago I did about 30 or so laps around the GP track and I was really pushing it hard. After that they started to squeal. The outside pads look okay, and no indicator light. The dealer told me I needed pads. But the real issue is the front rotors. They apparently have hotspots because there are splotches all around them and there are small cracks developing in the drilled holes. I got some Hawk pads but finding rotors has been an adventure.

Yes...I've had no problems at all but I also upgraded the pads to porterfield's which gave better performance and less dust
